How do you actually collect this behavioral data?
Our data is collected on a first-party basis through our proprietary mobile app, Surveys On The Go®. All consumers are double opted-in, meaning they give explicit, informed consent to share their location and digital activity in exchange for fair cash incentives through our Fair Trade Data™ program.
What is the difference between the various consumer counts (110k, 90k, 50k)?
These numbers represent the typical size of our daily active user (DAU) panel:
110,000+ consumers share their brick-and-mortar location data.
90,000+ consumers share their app and web usage data.
50,000+ consumers share both location and digital data, enabling true omnichannel analysis on a single individual.
Is your panel representative of the U.S. population?
Our panel is large and diverse, with detailed demographic profiles including age, gender, ethnicity, income, and more. While no single panel perfectly mirrors the census, our data allows you to weight results or filter for the specific demographic segments that match your target audience, such as "Hispanic households" or "Adults 35-49."
What level of detail do you capture for app and web usage?
We capture mobile clickstream data from both web browsers and in-app activity. This includes timestamps and dwell time for each action. For major apps like Amazon, Walmart, YouTube, and Netflix, we can capture specific in-app events, including purchases.
